This tutorial opens Cytomove with three M8F wound healing images already loaded. Follow the highlighted controls to fix the horizontal scratch warning, choose the brightfield preset, run the first image, apply settings to the group, inspect the plot, close it, move through the series, and check the mask.
Choose preset
Select Brightfield normal cells before running the first segmentation.
Click Apply
Run segmentation on the first image and create the initial contour overlay.
Apply to group
Reuse the same settings across the three loaded M8F time points.
Open area plot
Review the wound area trend before exporting or changing settings.
Close plot
Return from the plot panel to the image workspace before navigating.
Next image
Move to the next time point and inspect the restored contour.
Check mask
Switch from contour to mask view to verify what is being measured.
