Local Image Processing
When you use the Cytomove web app, assay images are processed in your browser. Cytomove does not upload your microscopy images to our server as part of the normal analysis workflow.
Account Information
If you sign in for the Academic Access, we may store account and access-review information through our authentication provider, including:
- email address;
- name and profile information provided by the sign-in provider;
- institution, role, and intended use if you provide them;
- academic access status, such as pending review or approved academic access.
Authentication Providers
Cytomove may use third-party authentication services, including Supabase and Google, to support Google sign-in and email magic-link sign-in. These providers process authentication data according to their own policies.
Feedback And Support
If you contact us, send feedback, or voluntarily share files for troubleshooting, we may use that information to respond to you, evaluate issues, and improve Cytomove. Please do not send confidential patient data or personally identifiable clinical data.
Research And Product Improvement
We may use aggregated, non-identifying usage and feedback information to improve Cytomove. We do not sell user account data or microscopy images.
Commercial Use
The Academic Access is intended for academic and non-commercial research evaluation. Commercial use requires a separate licence discussion.
